Steve as head designer and Dan as owner provided superlative customer service. There was much back and forth, trying to get our images for signage on our company van to be up to their standards. Steve was persistent, responsive, patient and professional. Next time around, we will make different choices for our design but they followed our wishes to the T. Their prices were very reasonable for their excellent work.

Paragon Signs was very easy to work with. They immediately gave us a quote while most other companies never responded to my request for an estimate. They came to install the sign when they said they would. The two men who installed the post and sign were friendly and pleasant, and they consulted with me on where to install the sign. He connected me with his sign designer Stephen, who with decades of experience creating signs, was a life-line. I gave his the name, logo and brand colors along with the "feel" I was looking for and he turned that into an amazing design for my free standing sign and menu board. Stephen was patient with my multitude of questions and comments and even gently teased me about my penchant for polka dots.
